Smoothie Bowl

S M O O T H I E B O W L

I N G R E D I E N T S:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower (makes it thicker & balances the sweetness you won’t taste it!)
1 scoop bullet proof collagen protein powder (doesn’t really taste like anything)
1 tbsp raw walnut cashew butter (or any nut butter of choice)
1 tbsp probiotic chia seeds
1 tbsp grounded golden sprouted flax seeds
1 cup oat milk
2-3 tbsp maple syrup (or more depending on preference)
EVERYTHING I USE IS ORGANIC
